The Role: Architect Agent Transformations for Multiple Enterprises

As our first Solutions Implementation Engineer, you'll work directly with the founders to transform how enterprises work with AI. From our Brussels office, you'll simultaneously guide multiple clients through their first agent implementations, turning their complex workflows into autonomous solutions that deliver immediate value.

You're not a consultant. You're not on-site support. You're the bridge between what enterprises need and what our platform can do — and you'll help push those boundaries every day.

What Your Week Looks Like

Monday Morning: You're on a video call with a consulting firm in London, walking them through building an agent that autonomously generates complete client proposals — pulling data from 5 different sources, analyzing competitive landscapes, and crafting custom recommendations. By lunch, they've deployed it.

Tuesday: Three prospect demos lined up. You build a live lead scoring agent for a SaaS company that analyzes 10,000 prospects in real-time, a research agent for an investment firm that monitors market trends across 50 sources, and an RFP response automation system — all while they watch.

Wednesday: A retail client needs help building an agent for inventory management and demand forecasting. You guide them through connecting their systems, setting up the agent's decision logic, and implementing human-in-the-loop approvals for large orders.

Thursday: You notice three clients struggling with similar document generation workflows. You create a reusable template for automated report generation, record a tutorial, and share insights with the founders for a platform enhancement.

Friday: Strategy session with the founders. You bring insights from 15 client implementations this week that will directly shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Your Core Responsibilities

Rapid Implementation & Proof of Value

Build compelling POCs in real-time during prospect calls (nothing sells like a working demo)
Guide multiple clients simultaneously through their first agent implementations
Compress time-to-value from months to days — even hours for simple use cases
Create "wow moments" that transform skeptics into champions

Client Enablement & Success

Support 10-20 clients concurrently as they build and deploy their first agents
Conduct remote implementation sessions via video calls and screen shares
Troubleshoot and optimize agent workflows and integrations
Train client teams to become self-sufficient agent builders

Business-to-Agent Translation

Decode complex business processes into agentic workflows (procurement workflows, sales processes, research operations)
Design intelligent automation for real enterprise challenges:
- Proposal generation that pulls from knowledge bases and adapts to client context
- Lead qualification systems that score and nurture thousands of prospects
- Research agents that synthesize information from hundreds of sources
- Document automation that generates reports, presentations, and analyses
- Customer service workflows with intelligent routing and resolution
Create industry-specific agent templates (consulting, finance, healthcare, logistics, etc.)

Product Intelligence & Innovation

Work directly with the founders to shape product strategy
Gather and synthesize feedback from dozens of implementations
Build reusable components that accelerate future deployments
Document patterns and anti-patterns for our growing knowledge base
Influence the product roadmap with real-world implementation insights
